VOC-Sep Batch Unit
VOC-Sep batch units are simple, flexible, and highly suited for smaller throughputs. The liquid feed from a batch tank is pumped through heat exchangers to recover the heat content from the product stream. It is then passed continuously through the membrane separation modules. The membrane modules are contained within a vacuum chamber. The permeate is condensed and the retentate is returned back to the tank. With every pass, the retentate gradually becomes more and more concentrated. The process is repeated until the desired purification level is achieved.
